About Zulu’s Community &
Fairy God Aunts & Uncles
Since 2005 - Sue Liu has taken the initiative to seeking out communities overseas who need help - and create and develop practical fund-raising projects that have direct benefit to people in need. This project became known as Fairy God Aunts & Uncles.
Sue said "So many individuals and businesses I meet - are looking for opportunities to "give something back" but don’t know what organisations to choose to support where they are confident that the money will get to the people who need it."
"This has give people confidence and assurance that projects that they contribute to have my personal involvement and have often been delivered directly." she said

Creating REAL opportunites to help children and women in disadvantaged communities
Sue became more involved with making a real difference in January 2005 - after the Tsunami tragedy devastated large parts of the Sri Lankan coastline on Boxing Day 2004. Sue mobilised a collection of relief and organising shipping to Sri Lanka and for a year and a half - continued to raise money for communities in Trincomalee. Since September 2006 - she have been committed to supporting communities in Cambodia.
"I believe we all have a moral and social duty to help those who, have a tougher road to travel through life through circumstance of birth. In particular, children and the vulnerable, the sick and the impoverished deserve our attention, love, support and care." said Sue
Zulu’s Community will provide you with GRASSROOTS opportunities for you to contribute to projects that:
- are conceptualised and created by individuals known to Sue Liu personally
- provide quality support for the day to day needs of children and people in need as well as provide
- some enjoyment of the little things we take for granted - like trinkets, toys and personal items
- are focused on education, vocational training and practical skills for young people and women in crisis
- are specific, targeted, culturally appropriate and achievable
- are small, personal and practical and will be delivered in a short space of time
- fall below the scope of international NGOs and larger organisations where most of your charity
- donations go - but you don’t know where, how, when or to whom???
- money will be spent in the country we are helping if possible and most practical
- where funds are raised and good collected - decision making on distribution is handled and administered by me personally
- support the hard working people who care for these people every single day

THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR CARE & SUPPORT!
Sue Liu, Head Fairy God Aunty
