Get REAL is an open discussion about challenges of self employment and being in business

Being experts in our fields either for a short time or a long stretch does not automatically mean that we are experts at managing the challenges of running our own businesses. As we all know - the world of self employment and small business is fraught with challenges and it’s a hairy, scary rollercoaster ride sometimes.

Some of these challenges are easier to understand and overcome than others and at times we all feel STUCK and just need some friendly ears of understanding and other business brains to bounce off.

  • Do you often meet other business owners who rave about how well they are doing - which makes you feel like a failure?
  • Are you afraid of divulging that times are tough for fear of appearing weak and unsuccessful?
  • Do you sometimes struggle with dealing with the pressures of supporting and sustaining a business by yourself and just need to talk to someone in business to help you get some clarity and perspective?

Get REAL is moderated by Sue Liu from Zulu Communications, who helps business owners gain clarity, direction and control of their business. Confidentiality and respect for the issues and information divulged in this event is a requirement of attendance. Numbers are strictly limited to 9 people
